- Giling adonan 30 cm dan taruh korsvet di tengah lalu tutup menyerupai buku.
- Giling adonan setipis 0,5 cm lalu lipat menjadi 3.
- Ulangi lipatan selama 3 kali.
- Giling tipis memanjang 45cm x 15 cm.
- Potong segitiga lalu gulung.
- Istirahatkan adonan 2 jam lalu panggang selama 30 menit suhu 250derajat.
- Setelah matang diamkan roti yg sudah jadi selama 1 jam baru angkat dr loyang.
