- CUSTARD SAUCE: Hangatkan 250cc susu cair sampai terlihat gelembung2 kecil di tepi (sekitar 3 menit), matikan api, sisihkan Lalu di wadah lain kocok lepas 1 kuning telur+2sdm Gulpas+1 sdm pasta Vanilla+1sdm Rhum+1 sdt Maizena. Masukkan kocokan kuning telur tadi ke dalam susu cair hangat, kocok cepat menggunakan whisker sambil dihangatkan dengan api kecil sampai kental..
