- Bersihkan,potong - potong isian tomyum bakso ikan, udang, jamur, sayuran.
- Tumis bumbu yang dihaluskan hingga harum dan masukan rempah lainnya yaitu sereh, daun jeruk, lengkuas.
- Siapkan kaldu udang (ambil dari rebusan kepala dan kulit udang) tambahkan air secukup nya kalau saya sampai 3/4 panci karena tuh yg seger dan bikin nagih kuah nya hehehehe..tunggu smp mendidih masukan isian udang, bakso ikan, fish roll, wortel dan jamur.tambahkan garam, kecap inggris, minyak wijen, saori tiram, perasan jeruk nipis. koreksi rasa jika ada yg kurang.
- Terakhir masukan pakcoy dan kembang kol sebentar 5 menit cukup hingga agak layu saja. Dan tom yum seger siap dihidangkan.
